Gatson Training Classes
Class begins each day at 9:00 am. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class on the first day. Class ends each day at 5 pm. There is a lunch break as well as frequent short breaks.
All books are included in the class registration fee.
Gatson Training Associates is located at 951 Railroad Street NW, Conyers, GA 30012, in the building with Allstate Insurance and the Book Cellar. Enter through the Book Cellar front door up the stairs. Gatson Training classroom is located on the left.
Parking is located in front of the building. Unless otherwise noted, classes are held here at our main office.
Cancellation / No Show policy
Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
At Gatson Training Associates, we strive to provide high-quality education and clear policies regarding course registrations.
Online Courses
If course materials have been mailed as part of your online course registration, the cost of those materials will be deducted from any approved refund.
Live/In-Person Courses
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is received at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled in-person class.
No-Show Policy (In-Person Classes)
Students who do not attend their scheduled in-person class and do not cancel in advance will be considered a no-show. No-show students will not receive a refund but will automatically be registered for our online course to complete their training.
State Exam Results
Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of the state licensing exam. Course fees cover instruction and materials only.
Conduct or Illness
Refund requests related to student conduct or illness will not be issued.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, please allow up to 72 business hours for the credit to be processed back to the original form of payment.
